SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The ICE developer will need to run native2ascii.exe with the -encoding parameter "iso8859_1" against these files to display the correct character set.
The translation process sometimes throws in a few bad end of line characters, but those are pretty easy to spot. If something else blows up, it's most likely byte order marks at the beginning of the file. These are visible in and can easily be removed with any hex editor.

Changed the encoding to ISO-8859-1 as suggested and touched up any line feed escape issues. Marking as fixed.
