      Description

When first viewing the Component Showcase sample app. demo for Selection components, the selectManyList component on the demo has no width defined and is completely collapsed as it has no contents yet (see attached pic.). We should define a reasonable default size for this component in CSS so that it takes up. approx. the same amount of space on the page as it will need when populated (see pic again).

This issue also affects the new Set Event Phase demo which is based off the Selection markup.

Fixed style issue on selection and set Event Phase examples. Addition of field width and height and vertical alignment to component layout. Strictly an aesthetic change, nothing functional was changed.

        added in -r 18306.
