Component Showcase: Set width of City selection selectManyMenu to reasonable default

            Description

            When first viewing the Component Showcase sample app. demo for Selection components, the selectManyList component on the demo has no width defined and is completely collapsed as it has no contents yet (see attached pic.). We should define a reasonable default size for this component in CSS so that it takes up. approx. the same amount of space on the page as it will need when populated (see pic again).

Addition of field width and height and vertical alignment to component layout. Strictly an aesthetic change, nothing functional was changed.
