                currently have to stick with icepush.jar (dated March 9th) from the glimmer repo due to an incompatibility with the head of snowplow and glimmer.

                have to remove multiple forms from the page and only use one form (even for multiple logical views) as unpredictable pages updates seem to occur if a DOM update includes the form tag. So we need to try to maintain all DOM updates to within the form.
