Updates to the Bridge seem to clobber updated forms

            If possible, avoid putting the <h:form> in an area that may be updated in the future.

            Description

            If a form is included in a DOM diff, it will somehow stop functioning properly and will trigger a full page reload. It appears to lose the submit capture.

                the attached file includes source and war distribution. Will run on glassfish 3 (haven't tried on Tomcat).

                Apply AJAX redirection for forms enclosed by updated elements. ICE-5394 fix was applying form redirection only when the form itself was an updated element.
