      Description

      The system property -Dorg.icepdf.core.imageReference=smoothscaled was added in 5.0.3 to give another image scaling option to users. The first implementation was quite simple and we've had request from a user to make this scaling similar to what was in 4.4.

      It should be fairly easy to forward port the old 4.4 scaling to 5.x.

        Also consider enhancing small images used in some Type3 fonts. This might be possible by enlarging these small images. . PDF-643 has an example of this.
