      Description

The system property -Dorg.icepdf.core.imageReference=smoothscaled was added in 5.0.3 to give another image scaling option to users. The first implementation was quite simple and we've had request from a user to make this scaling similar to what was in 4.4.

It should be fairly easy to forward port the old 4.4 scaling to 5.x.
