Description
The PDF in question is not rendering correctly in general in 4.3.4 do to what looks like a masking issue which is now fixed in 5.x. However back to the original bug at the center of the page is a digital signature annotation which is not being rendered. The annotation component is created and the annotation's content stream is successfully parsed but underling signature image is not being rendered.
Further work is needed to figure out why this annotation isn't being rendered.

As of the annotation space changes for PDF-1098, the signature is now displayed.

I've spent some more time getting acquainted with the signature annotation on this PDF and I'm still stumped. The Shapes are correctly parsed the the matrix transfers are nothing out of the ordinary. Pushing out to a future release as this is the only one we have like this.
