Thanks for posting the file, I had a chance to look at this this morning and I think I have a fix in place. The document in question uses the Separation colour space which has had some work done on it. I've updated the colour handling for named colours as well as added a hook for apply tint.

It seems the problem has been modified.
10995-page4.jpg is test results by new code.
