      Description

      In our product we call
       org.icepdf.core.pobjects.Document.getPageImage to convert a page in a pdf to a image; however for a particular pdf that I have attached to this ticket we get a "R java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" error & we are not able to parse the pdf further.

        There is a core-dump as well; however the size of the core dump is more than 150MB, so did not attach with this Issue. If you require the dumps do let me know

        The issue seems to have been addressed in 6.1.3. I'd strongly recommend considering upgrading the library to a later version.

        Hi,

        Upgrading to 6.1.3 at this point wont be possible, I believe we have the support license for 5.0.4 & would like a hot-fix for this issue.
        Previously we had raised a defect "PDF-1045" & were provided with a hot fix for the same.
        Please provide a hot-fix for this issue as well along with the fixes that were provided in defect "PDF-1045".

        Thanks,
        Abhijit

        Hi Abhijit;

        Can you contact icesoft support to start the process of creating a support case? Please reference this jira number and there will setup a formal support case for supported customers. In the mean time I'll look to see if we can back-port this particular fix.
