            Description

            Resource dependency annotations should be reduced to only those dependencies built for that component. Using the interdependency definitions enabled by ICE-9464 the framework will determine and load the dependant JS and CSS required for the operation of your defined component resource.

                ICE-9465 - Added required interdependencies to resource-dependency.xml and changed so all meta files only contain leaf dependencies.

                Mircea has completed adding the new "requires" element for resource-dependency.xml.
