              The regression was caused by the fix for issue ICE-5536. More precisely, any event that triggers ice.submit will be stopped from propagating to its parents (bubbling). The fix applied makes sure that the bubbling is stopped only when the 'Enter' key is pressed since that is the case that ICE-5536 needed to have fixed.
