            Description

            Load compat showcase panel popup in IE8, bring up the draggable popup. Try dragging and dropping it. You'll find the popup still moves together with the cursor after dropping.

                Still existing on Glimmer revision 21619. It actually happens when dragging the popup to exceed the top border of the page - the popup moves together with the mouse cursor after being dropped.

                I'm pretty sure this issue was fixed in EE but that revision of the component hasn't been synced to compat yet. Adding dependency link.
