            Description

            Split Panel behaves improperly in Horizontal mode with IE8 - the divider stretches outside of the pane while dragging it.

                It's not a regression. Both trunk and Glimmer exhibit the same behavior in IE8.

                Verified with success on icefaces/trunk revision 21707 using Tomcat 6.0.26. Component showcase jsp, facelets and facelets-enh are all verified.
