            Description

            Split Panel behaves improperly in Horizontal mode - the divider stretches outside of the pane while dragging. Sometimes, when dropping it, it still moves together with the mouse unless another mouse click is applied.

            It can be reproduced using IE7 and IE8. Works fine on IE6, FF3.6 and Chrome 4
