REGRESSION: application exception and re-deployment

            Description

            When verify fix for ICE-3659 against latest trunk, found that application cannot be redeployed without server restart on application errors/exceptions
            1.7.2SP1 seems to be fine, and 1.8 RC1 and RC2 have the same problem although the behavior is slightly different.
            For latest trunk, errors on listener start captured in the console and for RC1 and 2, nothing happened.

              After exception occurs the re-deployment of the application works properly, without locking up.
