NB65 Visual Designer: Setting rows attribute on dataTable with dataPaginator causes NullPointerException

            Description

            I created a little test app to reproduce the issue where the dataPaginator is not rendered correctly.
            When I set the rows attribute to a value less than 5, I get a Component Error screen, with java.lang.NullPointerException
            Setting rows to a higher value causes no problems.
            This only happens when a dataPaginator is attached to the table.
