mark readonly attribute invalid in docs

            Description

            As an example, Inherited readonly attribute in ice:selectOneRadion component is not supported by HTML:
            http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/tag_input.asp
            So it should be marked invalid or somehow let user know it's not supported

            Same procedure should apply to selectManyRadio, selectOneMenu, selectManyMenu, selectCheckbox, selectManyCheckbox etc.
            The only input components support this attribute would be those that have a input box like inputText or inputSecret.

            I believe the root cause is the standard JSF component not in ICEfaces framework.

            We should note that the readonly attribute is non-functional in the TLD doc for that attribute for the noted components.
