include maven poms for timezone tutorial examples to build application(s) into distribution bundle with samples

            Description

            poms have been created and are located at http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/tools/maven/trunk/application_builds

            profiles exist for tomcat5, tomcat6, jboss4.2, glassfishv2. One example pom is for timezone2 to create a deployed application to any of the profiles (jsp). The other pom is for timezone7 to show an example of a facelets application build.

            I should probably do one for seam. not sure about any other examples that could be required. These poms are to be used in conjunction with the icefaces poms available for download as of ICEfaces-1.8.0.RC1. The project version can be placed in the application-build pom and the ICEfaces poms must be available from a repository. (for now, local?)

              finished for 1.8 release. Users must download bundles to complete their local m2 repository. Sample poms available on Tools forum at http://www.icefaces.org/JForum/posts/list/11607.page
