Correct icefaces facet version to align with ICEfaces version

            Description

            Due to historic reason, ICEfaces facet version has been increased inproperly to 3.0, which is really confusing. This should be corrected to make it align with ICEfaces version. As of now, this version should be 1.8.

            This change will be avilable in ICEfaces v1.8 and should be documented in Release Notes.

                Now icefaces and icefaces facelets facet version s are changed to 1.8. This may affect some customers but I don't think it does matter from user's perspective.

                This should ease confusions from customers.

                Neil Griffin has complained about this.
