Issue when setting panelDivider to a non-fixed height

            Set the height to a fixed value.

            Description

            The panelDivider needs to be set to a fixed height for the divider to render properly. When either the parent div/component or the panelDivider itself is set to a percentage or not set at all the divider does not render properly.

              QA successfully tested it for FF2 and IE6 on ICEfaces-1.8.0 build 3 + Tomcat 6. Opera seems still having this problem.
