ICESoft NB plugin for 6.5 is not possible to install for 6.7 NB dev version (uses unsupported dependency)

            Description

            When trying to install ICESoft NB 6.5 plugins to NB 6.7 dev version, it wasn't possible.

            The problem is one of the plugins depends on pre61completion module, which seems to be not supported any more (not available via autoupdate either).

            There is an issue in NB which describes what changes the dependent plugins need to make in order to avoid such dependency: http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=90403
