OutputResourceRenderer doesn't render proper URL for image resource in a portlet environment.

            Description

            You can run the Portlet version of Component Showcase to see the issue. The image button doesn't show an image because the OutputResourceRenderer does not use the appropriate JSF logic to determine the image resource location. You can look at the code for ButtonRenderer where it uses the DomBasicRenderer.getResourceURL method to normalize the location of the image in a context agnostic way.
