        Block other actions from triggering the indicator before going back to "off" state. This strategy avoids the requirement for implementing thread synchronization in Javascript.

        When PointerIndicator picks up the cursor state of the elements to properly roll them back, because the lack of synchronization in Javascript, it might pick up the cursor state that is already changed by another response thread.
