Have standardRequestScope turned on when Seam is detected

            Description

            The default value for com.icesoft.faces.standardRequestScope is false. However, in a Seam environment, it must be set to true. So we need to have the framework detect when Seam is being used (we already do this in other areas) and have the standardRequestScope automatically set to true.

            Then the documentation needs to be updated to reflect this change:

            "The behaviour of the standardRequestScope parameter has been slightly modified. The default value is false but, since the Seam environment requires that this be true, the ICEfaces framework checks for Seam integration and sets standardRequestScope to true if Seam is detected."

              Now does a check for SeamUtilities.isSeamDetected. Checked in in the branch and the trunk.
