Hide popup selectInputDate when clicked outside of popup

            Description

            Feature Request: Currently the popup is closed when a date is chosen or when the close icon is clicked. The request is to allow the popup to close when the user clicks outside of the popup, either in a blank place on the form or another component.

              Note that the menuPopup and panelTooltip already use document click event handlers to hide themselves.

              It has a regression. The calendar is being closed even selecting an Year, Month or any time element.
