autoCentre or autoPostion attributes break selectInputText drop down when used inside a panelPopup on IE

            Description

            When using the autoCentre or autoPosition attributes on a panelPopup and you have a selectInputText inside the popup, the action of repositioning the popup after a partialSubmit will interfere with the display of the selectInputText's drop down list. The drop down list will display for a brief moment and then disappear.

            - occurs on IE 6 & 7
            - does not occur on Firefox
