      Description

      a more intuitive behaviour for the menuBar would be to hide menus when on the mouseoff event of the menuBar div.

          This should definitely not be the default behaviour, since it's poor HCI. Many people with arthritis or poor vision do not have the perfect mouse control to keep the cursor exactly within menus, as they descend into submenu after submenu. Making the whole menu hide on them, because they wiggled the mouse 3 pixels out of the way would probably be quite frustrating.

          this should added as an option to either set onrollout to true or false. While your reasoning for not adding this is can be valid, at the same time you are creating a big UI problem for users that has to click out on a page to get rid of the main menu child. Right now this is causing major frustration for regular users. If user with disabilities is having problems because 3px are missing for them, then it can be easily added via CSS.
