      Description

If there's a unavoidable dependency for the connectionLostRedirectURI working on async mode we should document that. If it's possible to have it work in synchronous mode that would be good.

This component is non-functional when in sync. mode as there is no connection to monitor the status of. Need to update the docs to reflect that.

The outputConnectionStatus component does work in sync mode, in that it shows the sync connection status.

But, still have to document connectionLostRedirectURI (and sessionExpiredRedirectURI?) as being async specific.

Added the following note to the original parameter description for the 1.7.2 Release Notes:

"Note: This parameter is only applicable to asynchronous applications as it is the async connection lost event that triggers the redirect (com.icesoft.faces.synchronousUpdate=false, which is the ICEfaces default)."

Re-targeting 1.8 for inclusion in the official Doc Guides.
