ICEfaces desktop showcase styling issues when viewed in simulator

            Description

            When viewed on simulator the top of the page has gaps and is missing some styling. See attached screen shots.

              This seems to be a limitation/issue of the simulator itself. The only issue is that the background header image is not being painted beyond the initial viewport. This is not a CSS issue, as the image itself (http://localhost:8080/showcase/javax.faces.resource/css/images/topBannerImages/showcaseHeaderBlank.png.jsf) is already wide enough for most screens (2240 pixels wide). This issue can be seen in all 6 simulated devices. I didn't see this issue in an actual Android phone and Nexus 7 tablet.

              I think the issue is just with the styling of the showcase itself. This doesn't have much to do with the simulator. If you take any browser and narrow the window (without the simulator) you'll see the same thing.

              r44200: changed width:100%; for a minimum width in the header div to allow the browser to extend the element beyond the initial viewport.
