Description
When viewed on simulator the top of the page has gaps and is missing some styling. See attached screen shots.

This seems to be a limitation/issue of the simulator itself. The only issue is that the background header image is not being painted beyond the initial viewport. This is not a CSS issue, as the image itself (http://localhost:8080/showcase/javax.faces.resource/css/images/topBannerImages/showcaseHeaderBlank.png.jsf) is already wide enough for most screens (2240 pixels wide). This issue can be seen in all 6 simulated devices. I didn't see this issue in an actual Android phone and Nexus 7 tablet.
