chart component doesn't work in sub directories on the main web app directory

            Description

            When you use a chart component in JSF page in a subdirectory of the main web
            application directory, the URL of the generated chart becomes relative to that
            subdirectory, even though the 'charts' directory where the generated charts are
            placed isn't.

              The fix had been checked in under both the head and the icefaces release 1.5.0
              branch.
