chart component doesn't work in sub directories on the main web app directory

            Description

            When you use a chart component in JSF page in a subdirectory of the main web
            application directory, the URL of the generated chart becomes relative to that
            subdirectory, even though the 'charts' directory where the generated charts are
            placed isn't.
