Addition of snowplow (icepush) jar to htmlunit tests makes ajax tests run approx 10 times slower than normal

            Description

            just addition of icepush jar to the jsf unit tests slows down the tests for a considerable amount (ajax tests with htmlunit). Threads are blocked for an extended period of time.

                I just ran the Mojarra 2.0.2 unit tests with both icefaces.jar and icepush.jar included and there is no significant slowdown in the test run times. Marking as fixed (probably due to the lazy loading work with ICEpush).
