            The group management functionality contained in the PushContext can be delegated to a new PushGroupManager for improved flexibility.

              The group management logic contained in the PushContext class is now abstracted out and a new PushGroupManager interface is introduced with an implementation called LocalPushGroupManager. The PushContext uses an instance of the PushGroupManager in order to delegate. Marking this one as FIXED.
