Avoid blocking connection switchover whenever a new window is opened

            Description

            Since we do not need to support Opera browser anymore (see ICE-1872 and PUSH-384) ICEpush bridge can be modified to avoid having the blocking connection reset every time a new browser window is opened.

                Comment [ Tested with ICEfaces 4 trunk r48563.
                The showcase icecore > push demo updates too frequently, approximately twice per second

                To demonstrate:
                Use the icecore:push demo in showcase from the icefaces 4 trunk.
                Change the push strategy to "Update page every second".
                At first the test runs as expected but after a few seconds the updates start coming too frequently, approximately 2 per second.
