            Adjust push storm detection configuration values to avoid false detection in deployments that have multiple notifications per second (per browser).

              Modified 'org.icepush.notificationStormLoopInterval' configuration parameter to default to 275ms. This new value should be low enough for not falsely detecting a push storm when having clocks updated every second in three different browser windows.
