Description
There are a number of issues that come up when running the Wicket Integration sample \ossrepo\scratchpads\snowplow\integration\wicket\samples\pushpanel
1 - uncaught exception: Cannot find value for cookie: ice.pushids usually shows up when initially loading the application in the browser:
2 - I cannot get push to work unless I remove the window.onload = function(){ice.push.register...} script and replace it with a button to register onclick.
3 - When registering this way it only works if the blocking connection was established and this is irregular.
In the icepush logging I always see all the notifications triggered but usually only one or two browsers for Participating pushIds: and Sending notifications (I usually test with IE7, FF and Opera).
