Use java:/ClusteredXAConnectionFactory instead of java:/ConnectionFactory for JBoss AS 5 cluster

            Description

            When JBoss AS 5 cluster environment is auto-detected it should use java:/ClusteredXAConnectionFactory for the Topic Connection Factory name instead of java:/ConnectionFactory, which should still suffice for non-cluster environments.

              The jboss-messaging-ha.properties file now uses java:/ClusteredXAConnectionFactory as the value of the com.icesoft.net.messaging.jms.topicConnectionFactoryName property. Marking this one as FIXED.
