            Description

            When the client is initially parked, the notification that triggered the park may not be sent to the device

              To reproduce, upload an image to mediacast and immediately switch to the home screen on the device. The next upload (if it occurs before a heartbeat) will move the client to the parked state, but will not result in a notification sent via cloud push.
