The following scenarios are now supported:

          • starting with ICEpush application
          • starting with ICEpush application + ICEpush EPS
          • starting with ICEpush application and deploying ICEpush EPS later (but before the ICEpush application has been accessed)

One scenario still needs to be addressed:

          • starting with ICEpush application and accessing it, and after that deploying ICEpush EPS.

The current supported scenarios is similar to ICEfaces EPS.

          Marking this one as FIXED.
