Description
When rendering the provided PDF file, an extra space or whitespace is being rendered between certain characters.

The font's in question are cidFonts and we where incorrectly using the font descriptors /w value. The PDF is rendering correctly and I think I've fixed all the related regressions but some may still show up. Over all the net width changes seems to be very positive.

It appear that we aren't applying the width specified in the PDF file to the font in question. I'll need to do some more testing but I suspect if we parse the fonts /w entry and correctly apply in then the PDF will render correctly.
