Font engine not handling pattern fills

            Description

            A forum community memory has posted a file that contains a font that is used to represent a logo. In this case the char '2' is used to display a logo.

            Years and years ago when the font engine was developed for ICEpdf the use of a pattern fill wasn't not taken into consideration when the API was developed. We should be able to add support for this but it will mean a major change to our API
