            Description

            A forum user has submitted a PDF with a free text annotation that uses none roman characters. The PDF is created with itext 5.5.2. Further investigation is needed to address why the String data is not correctly decoded.

              Quite a bit of work has been done for 6.2 to fix some encoding issues and this PDF appears to be loading correctly now. PDF-1003 and PDF-1004.
