Characters and text not rendering correctly

      Description

      With the provided PDF file, generally the text is rendered ok but some sections and characters are rendered as an empty box or not rendered at all.

        There are significant improvements with the rendering of this document because of other change in the release, mainly PDF-840. There however is still an issue with some font widths in the document which have some of the characters overlapping. Moveing to 5.2 for the time being.

        Further work is needed to find better matching fonts. If the host system has the fonts Frutiger and Futura installed the PDF may render correctly.
