Description
There are some coloured sections in the provided PDF that are not rendered by ICEpdf. There are no errors in the logs to help identify a cause.

I'll need to do some more work on this but adding the brown and cyan colours to the list of known colors seem to get the PDF to render correctly. I'll keep this bug open as I suspect the underlying issue is related to the problem with evaluating the rather length type 4 function.

The issue is related to a failure in specifying named colours in the Separation colour space. If I add support for cyan and brown the PDF show the intended colours. This fix however may have some side effects.
