Tiling pattern with 1x1 dimension not painted correctly

            Description

            The PDF in question uses a pattern paint to fill border. The pattern however has a very strange 1x1 dimension with a near identity matrix. The image that is to be paint is 5x5 pixels.

            More investigation is needed to see what can be done here to increase the pattern resolution. We are currently painting the patter but at 1x1 nothing is shown.
