Description
When a document has an upside-down question mark, it is not displayed inline with the rest of the text.

I can't offer an explanation to the problem without seeing the original file, so please upload it if you can . In the mean time you could try one of following system properties.
-Dorg.icepdf.core.nfont.truetype.hinting=true
-Dorg.icepdf.core.nfont.truetype.hinting.alwayson=false
