      Description

      The file in question is not rendering correctly and is likely related to an encoding issue. The file rendering correctly in OS and the underlying PostScript appears to be readable ASCII. Further investigation is needed.

        Still some more work to do to figure this one out. The font has a winansi encoding but when applied is mixing up the glyphs. Don't apply it and everything is OK.

        Finally managed to figure out how to detect the bad PDF encoding for this font. IT would appear if the font is subtype and is winAnsi we should go with the font encoding instead of that specified by the PDF.
