            Description

            The FreeText annotation component does not seem to be respecting the the read-only attribute. The input text field edit features is enabled despite the flag that the annotation should be read only.

              Fixed the free text component so that it is now longer editable via the keyboard when the readonly flag had been set.
              Fixes checked into the trunk and 5.0.1 branch.
